Products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Certain items such as perishable goods, customized products, or hygiene-related items cannot be returned. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our support team.
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
